摘要
缺血性脑卒中的发病率不断上升,给中国的医疗系统以及众多家庭带来巨大的负担。神经可塑性对缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能恢复至关重要,涉及突触可塑性、轴突再生和萌芽、神经再生、血管生成、残存大脑区域代偿等复杂过程,但成年人自发性神经可塑性十分有限,需借助其他治疗手段加强神经可塑性。相关研究发现,药物、细胞疗法、非侵入性神经调控技术、电针等治疗方法有助于增强神经可塑性,有益于缺血性脑卒中患者的神经恢复。除需继续开发新的治疗手段外,仍需进一步进行以上治疗手段的临床研究。
The incidence of ischemic stroke is continuously increasing,imposing a significant burden on China's healthcare system and numerous families.Neuroplasticity plays a crucial role in the neurological recovery of ischemic stroke patients,involving complex processes such as synaptic plasticity,axonal regeneration and sprouting,neurogenesis,angiogenesis,and compensatory changes in surviving brain regions.However,in adults,spontaneous neuroplasticity is limited,and other therapeutic approaches are needed to enhance neuroplasticity.Studies have found that treatment methods such as medication,cell therapy,non-invasive neurostimulation techniques,and electroacupuncture can strengthen neuroplasticity and benefit the neural recovery of ischemic stroke patients.In addition to the development of new treatment approaches,further clinical research on these methods is still required.
