摘要
目的本研究探讨呼吸康复操对进展性肺纤维化(PPF)患者疗效的观察。方法将60例符合纳入标准的PPF出院患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规用药指导和健康宣教,治疗组在此基础上于出院后进行呼吸康复操锻炼,疗程为3个月。两组患者均在治疗前后评估用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FVC%)、肺一氧化碳弥散量占预计值百分比(D_(L)CO%)、6分钟步行距离占预计值百分比(6MWD%)、呼吸困难程度(mMRC)、咳嗽视觉模拟量表(VAS)和健康状况量表(K-BILD)评分。结果经呼吸康复操锻炼后,治疗组肺功能中FVC%、D_(L)CO%均高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,对照组FVC%、D_(L)CO%水平呈现下降趋势(P<0.01),治疗组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组6MWD%、mMRC、K-BILD均优于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论呼吸康复操可以延缓PPF患者肺功能下降,提高活动耐力,缓解呼吸困难症状,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of respiratory rehabilitation exercises on patients with progressive pulmonary fibrosis(PPF).Methods 60 discharged patients with PPF who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine medication guidance and health education,while the treatment group received respiratory rehabilitation exercises after discharge for a period of 3 months.Both groups of patients were evaluated before and after treatment for the percentage of forced vital capacity(FVC%),the percentage of lung carbon monoxide diffusion(D_(L)CO%),the percentage of 6-minute walking distance(6MWD%),the degree of respiratory distress(mMRC),cough visual analogue scale(VAS),and health status scale(K-BILD)scores.Results After respiratory rehabilitation exercise,the FVC%and D_(L)CO%of lung function in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of FVC%and D_(L)CO%in the control group showed a decreasing trend(P<0.01),while there was no significant change in the treatment group(P>0.05).The treatment group showed better results in 6MWD%,mMRC,and K-BILD than the control group(P<0.05),with no significant difference in VAS scores(P>0.05).Conclusion Respiratory rehabilitation exercises can delay the decline of pulmonary function in PPF patients,improve activity tolerance,alleviate respiratory distress symptoms,and improve treatment effectiveness.
