淠史杭灌区灌溉需水量预测及节水措施研究

摘要 通过分析淠史杭灌区的水资源现状,预测灌溉需水量,探讨节水措施的必要性,评估节水技术和管理策略。通过国内外案例比较研究,为灌区的水资源管理提供科学依据和可持续策略。研究需水量预测模型,分析节水潜力,设定节水目标,以及评估政策和法规在促进节水中的作用。结果显示,合理的节水技术和管理策略能显著提升水资源利用效率。为确保灌区的可持续发展,需要采取综合措施,包括技术创新、政策支持和公众参与。 The aim is to provide scientific basis and sustainable strategies for water resource management in the Pishihang Irrigation District by analyzing the current situation of water resources,predicting irrigation water demand,exploring the necessity of water-saving measures,evaluating water-saving technologies and management strategies,and comparing domestic and foreign cases.Research the use of water demand prediction models,analyze water-saving potential,set water-saving goals,and evaluate the role of policies and regulations in promoting water-saving.The results show that reasonable water-saving technologies and management strategies can significantly improve the efficiency of water resource utilization.The research conclusion emphasizes that in order to ensure the sustainable development of irrigation areas,comprehensive measures need to be taken,including technological innovation,policy support,and public participation.
