摘要
某井放喷管线发生了严重的刺漏、断裂现象。为明确管线失效的原因,对其理化性能、宏观形貌、微观形貌及腐蚀产物等进行了测试和观察。结果表明:失效管线理化性能不满足企业标准要求,管线变脆倾向较大,易发生脆性断裂;腐蚀产物主要为铁的氧化物,腐蚀形貌呈磨损腐蚀特征。管线失效的主要原因为高速流动的腐蚀介质与金属表面相对运动产生磨损腐蚀,加速破坏了管线金属材料。
Serious leakage and fracture occurred in the blowout pipeline in a well.In order to determine the cause of pipeline failure,the physical and chemical properties,macroscopic morphology,microscopic morphology and corrosion products of the pipeline were measured and observed.The results show that the physical and chemical properties of the failed pipeline did not meet the requirements of company standard.Brittle fracture easily occurred in the pipeline due to the great brittle tendency of the pipeline.The main corrosion product was iron oxide,and the corrosion morphology was characterized by erosion-corrosion.The main cause of corrosion failure of the pipeline was the relative movement between the high-speed flowing corrosion medium and the metal surface,which resulted in erosion-corrosion and final accelerated damage of pipeline metal.
