摘要
快速检测和甄别毒剂对于保障人民生命财产安全、维护社会安定具有重要的现实意义。本文综述了近年来发光及荧光法在检测含磷神经性毒剂方面的研究进展,按照荧光分子与含磷神经性毒剂及其模拟剂的反应方式进行分类讨论,阐述了发光及荧光探针在检测过程中发光或淬灭的机理,总结了发光及荧光探针结构设计与检测灵敏度和检测限的关系,探讨了光学类检测探针的适用范围和发展方向。
Rapid detection and identification of chemical agents are of great practical significance for protecting people’s lives and property and maintaining social stability.In this paper,the development of luminescence and fluorescence methods in the detection of organophosphate-based nerve agents was reviewed.The classified discussion was carried out according to the reaction modes of fluorescent molecules and organophosphate-based nerve agents and their simulants.The mechanism of fluorescence probes emitting or quenching during the detection process was described in details.The relationship between probe structure design and the detection sensitivity as well as the detection limit was summarized.Finally,the applicability range and development trend of optical detection probes were explored.
