摘要
“舆论之母”最早见于梁启超《舆论之母与舆论之仆》一文,指称代表、引导或制造舆论的政治家。“舆论之母”的提出根植于一定的历史语境,并与梁启超自身的舆论思想和话语习惯密不可分。近代知识精英从理性、情感和价值三个层面论证了“舆论之母”的正当性。“舆论之母”是传统士大夫向近代政论家转型之后,实现其“成名的想象”和争取话语权的道具,也体现了近代社会转型过程中知识精英的复杂心态和现代性启蒙的矛盾性。
"The mother of public opinion"can be traced back to Liang Qichao's"The Mother of Public Opinion and the Servant of Public Opinion",which refers to politicians who represent,guide or create public opinion.The proposal of"the mother of public opinion"is rooted in a certain historical context,and is inseparable from Liang Qichao's own public opinion thoughts and discourse habits.Modern intellectuals have demonstrated the legitimacy of the"mother of public opinion"from three levels of rationality,emotion,and value.The"mother of public opinion"is a prop for traditional literati to achieve their"imagination of fame"and strive for discourse power after their transformation into modern political theorists.It also reflects the complex mentality of intellectual elites and the contradiction of modern enlightenment in the process of modern public opinion transformation.
