摘要
目的探究Schuell语言训练联合重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对缺血性脑卒中病人失语康复效果的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年9月江苏卫生健康职业学院附属高淳医院收治的112例缺血性脑卒中后失语病人为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组采用Schuell语言训练治疗,观察组在对照组疗法基础上联合rTMS治疗。对比两组病人的日常生活的语言沟通能力(CFCP)、汉语失语(ABC)评分和简易智力精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分等指标。结果两组病人治疗前CFCP、ABC和MMSE评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后各指标均较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.646~133.303,P<0.01);观察组治疗后各评分及其治疗前后差值均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t治疗后=3.483~38.375,t前后差=3.115~33.338,P<0.01)。结论Schuell语言训练联合rTMS对改善缺血性脑卒中病人的失语康复疗效更佳。
Objective To investigatethe effect of Schuell language training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on the rehabilitation of aphasia in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 112 patients with aphasia after cerebral ischemic stroke who were admitted to Gaochun Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu Health Vocational College from January 2020 to September 2022 were enrolledas subjects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 56 patientsin each group.The patients in the control group received Schuell language training,and those in the observation group received rTMS in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of the scores of Chinese functional communication profile(CFCP),Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC),and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE).[WTHX]ResultsThere wereno significant differences in CFCP,ABC,and MMSE scores between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,both groups had significant increases in each index(t=10.646-133.303,P<0.01),and compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher scores after treatment(t=3.483-38.375,P<0.01),as well as significantly greater increases in these scores after treatment(t=3.115-33.338,P<0.01).ConclusionSchuell language training combined with rTMS has a good effect in improving the rehabilitation of aphasia in patients with ischemic stroke.
