摘要
[目的]探究改良森吉米尔法连续热镀锌生产线上高强支架钢表面针状漏镀缺陷的产生机理,提出相应的控制措施。[方法]通过激光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电镜等对针状漏镀缺陷的形貌特征和元素分布进行了分析。[结果]漏镀缺陷在带钢表面随机分布,呈黑色针眼状。在漏镀缺陷的亚表面存在Cr、Mn等合金元素富集现象,这些合金元素在带钢表面发生外氧化,使得表面可镀性下降,从而产生针状漏镀缺陷。[结论]在明火加热段对带钢预氧化,以及在退火段促进合金元素发生内氧化,可以有效预防针状漏镀缺陷的产生。
[Introduction]The formation mechanism of needle-like skip plating defect on the surface of high-strength steel bracket appearing in the modified Sendzimir continuous hot-dip zinc coating line was discussed and some corresponding control measures were proposed in this paper.[Method]The morphology and element distribution at the position of needle-like skip plating defect were analyzed by laser scanning confocal microscopy(LSCM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).[Result]The needle-like skip plating defects were randomly distributed as black pinholes on the surface of steel strip.A significant enrichment of alloy elements such as Cr and Mn was found on the subsurface of the skip plating position.These alloy elements underwent external oxidation on the surface of steel strip,leading to a decrease in the platability of its surface,resulting in skip plating finally.[Conclusion]The skip plating of steel strip can be effectively prevented by conducting pre-oxidation of steel strip during heating phase in open fire,as well as promoting the internal oxidation of alloy elements during annealing phase.
