多叶棘豆的叶绿体全基因组

摘要 多叶棘豆(Oxytropis myriophylla)隶属豆科蝶形花亚科棘豆属,全草可入药,为中等饲用植物。利用Illumina双末端测序平台,对多叶棘豆基因组进行高通量测序,通过组装和注释获得多叶棘豆的叶绿体全基因组信息。结果表明:多叶棘豆的叶绿体基因组总长度为122252 bp,总GC含量为34.2%,缺失一个IR区域;多叶棘豆叶绿体基因组共编码110个基因,包括76个蛋白质编码基因,30个tRNA基因,4个rRNA基因,其中15个基因含有一个内含子,ycf3基因含有两个内含子。系统发育分析表明棘豆属为单系类群,棘豆属和Coluteoid分支聚为一支并与黄芪属构成姐妹类群。 Oxytropis myriophylla belongs to genus Oxytropis DC.from subfamily Papilionoideae of the family Fabaceae,and its whole plant is used as a medicine and a medium grade forage plant.The high throughput sequencing of the complete chloroplast genome of O.myriophylla was conducted by the Illumina paired-end sequencing platform in the paper.The results of assembly and annotation of the genome showed that the total length of the chloroplast genome of O.myriophylla was 122252 bp,and the total GC content was 34.2%;the genome lacked one IR region and encoded a total of 110 genes,including 76 protein-coding genes,30 tRNA genes,and four rRNA genes,among which 15 genes contained one intron and the gene ycf3 contained two introns.The phylogenetic analysis revealed that Oxytropis DC.was a monophyletic group,which felled into same clade with Coluteoid and formed sister group with Astragalus L..
