摘要
针对煤矿疏干水净化过程中V型滤池滤料板结问题,通过对石英砂滤料表观分析、酸溶解板结物试验及离子组分分析,确定板结物(可溶于盐酸部分)质量占比平均值为7.27%,滤料板结物主要成分为碳酸氢钙,同时含少量硫酸钙、碳酸钙、碳酸镁、氢氧化镁等无机物;板结主要成因为水中碳酸氢根、碳酸根、pH的波动(升高);提出板结滤料清洗措施以及日常运维减缓滤料板结的措施,为解决疏干水处理滤料板结难题提供了参考。
In response to the problem of V-shaped filter material agglomeration in the purification process of coal mine drainage water,through the analysis of quartz sand filter material appearance,acid dissolution test of the precipitate,and ion composition analysis.The average mass proportion of the precipitate(soluble in hydrochloric acid)is determined to be 7.27%.The main component of the filter material precipitate is calcium bicarbonate,and it also contains a small amount of inorganic substances such as calcium sulfate,calcium carbonate,magnesium carbonate,and magnesium hydroxide;The main reason for hardening is the fluctuation(increase)of bicarbonate,carbonate,and pH in water.Measures for cleaning the slaking filter material and daily operation and maintenance to slow down the slaking of filter material were proposed,providing a reference for solving the problem of filter material slaking in drainage water treatment.
