摘要
加快“一水两污”建设,即流域内供水、污水、垃圾处理设施建设,有利于进一步提升城镇环境承载力,改善城镇人居环境和投资环境,促进城镇经济社会又好又快发展。该文从流域内9个乡镇(含县城)污水现状及存在的问题,因地制宜地提出“一水两污”建设中的生活污水处理思路和对策,并对技术方案深入研究,可为本流域内水污染防治、水环境治理等方面提供技术借鉴和经验参考。
Speeding up the construction of"one water,two pollution",that is,the construction of water supply,sewage and garbage treatment facilities in the basin,is conducive to further enhance the carrying capacity of urban environment,improve urban living environment and investment environment,and promote sound and rapid economic and social development of cities and towns.Based on the present situation and existing problems of sewage in 9 villages and towns(including county towns)in the river basin,this paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of domestic sewage treatment in the construction of"one water,two pollution"according to local conditions,and makes an in-depth study on the technical scheme,which can provide technical reference and experience reference for water pollution prevention and water environment treatment in this basin.
