标准机箱自动化产线设计与实现

摘要 本文着重介绍了标准机箱的自动化产线建设,从标准机箱的生产工艺流程进行分析,按照不同产量进行设计,利用成组技术对多品种、小批量产品实现自动化、混流生产进行详细描述。开创性地找出了自动化设备应用的新场景,为工厂自动化建设开展提供参考依据。同时,深入研究了自动化生产模式,不仅提升了产品实物的质量,同时也有利于生产过程中提质增效,缩短订单交付周期,持续提升生产效率。保证制造过程稳定、受控,产品质量精益求精。 This paper focuses on the construction of automated production lines for standard chassis,analyzes the production process flow of standard chassis,carries out design according to different yields,and uses group technology to achieve automated mixed-flow production of products of multiple varieties and limited quantities.The paper innovatively identifies new scenarios for the application of automation equipment,providing a reference basis for the development of factory automation construction.Also,the paper delves into the automated production mode,which not only improves the quality of products,but also benefits the improvement of quality and efficiency in the production process.It shortens the order delivery cycle,continuously improves production efficiency,ensures the stable and controlled manufacturing process,and strives for excellence in product quality.
