摘要
随着工业的发展和技术的进步,安全阀在许多领域得到了广泛应用。为了确保安全阀的正常运行,对其进行定期检测和维护是至关重要的。以往离线校验为安全阀校验的主要方式,随着行业的发展变化以及许多企业在生产过程中的需要,在线校验需求量也在逐年递增,对于在线检测技术精准度的要求也逐步提高。本文主要探讨安全阀在线检测中冷态与热态检测结果不一致的问题。首先介绍安全阀在线检测技术的概念和分类,进而通过实际案例分析冷态和热态检测数据之间的差异,并探讨了产生这种差异的原因。最后,总结了在线检测技术中冷热态检测的优缺点,给出不同场景适用的检测方式及应对措施,提出了未来该研究方向的行业价值和发展趋势。
With the development of industry and technological progress,safety valves have been widely used in many fields.Regular inspection and maintenance of safety valves are crucial to ensure their normal operation.In the past,offline verification was the main method for safety valve verification.With the development and changes of the industry and the needs of many enterprises in the production process,the demand for online verification is also increasing year by year,and the requirements for the accuracy of online detection technology are gradually increasing.This article mainly explores the issue of inconsistent cold and hot detection results in online detection of safety valves.Firstly,the concept and classification of online detection technology for safety valves are introduced.Then,the differences between cold and hot detection data are analyzed through practical cases,and the reasons for these differences are explored.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of cold and hot state detection in online detection technology were summarized,and detection methods and corresponding measures suitable for different scenarios were provided,the industry value and development trends of this research direction in the future were proposed.
