摘要
在分析弹性环式挤压油膜阻尼器(ERSFD)实际工况基础上,设计了能够精准控制动静载荷加载的ERSFD试验系统,搭建了ERSFD加载及动力特性试验装置;并针对某型ERSFD开展了试验测试,考察分析了弹性环的变形状况。结果表明,该试验装置能够拟合ERSFD实际工况下的载荷、变形和运动状况,可以满足ERSFD的弹性环疲劳寿命及动力学特性试验研究需求。
Based on the analysis of the loading environment of the elastic ring squeeze film damper(ERSFD)under actual working conditions,the ERSFD experimental system which can accurately control the dynamic and static loading was designed,and the ERSFD loading and dynamic characteristics experimental equipment was built.Experimental tests were carried out for a certain type of ERSFD,and the deformation of the elastic ring was investigated and analyzed.The results show that the experimental equipment can fit the deformation and motion of ERSFD under actual working conditions,and can meet the needs of research on fatigue life and dynamic characteristics of elastic rings.
