工程勘察中钻进参数数字化技术应用探讨

摘要 本文介绍了一种传统立轴式钻机钻进参数数字化技术,即通过数据采集设备研发及软件编程,形成了立轴式钻机钻进参数数字化系统,集钻进压力、立轴转速及立轴位移等钻进参数数据采集于一体,实现了多参数数字化信息集成管理目标。结合工程实际设定钻进参数存储规则,建立真实有效的钻进参数原始数据库,再从中快速提取、分析数据规律,获取高钻进速率下各地层钻进参数推荐组合,同时为复杂地层识别的准确判断提供了原始数据支撑,达到高效、高质量钻探目标。 A traditional vertical shaft drilling rig drilling parameter digitization technique is introduced,that is through the study and development of data acquisition equipment and software programming,a vertical shaft drilling rig drilling parameter digitization system is formed,which integrates the data acquisition of drilling parameters such as the drilling pressure,vertical shaft rotational speed and vertical shaft displacement,and realizes the goal of integrating the management of multi-parameter digitized information.Combined with the actual setting of drilling parameter storage rules,the system establishes a real and effective original database of drilling parameters,from which the data rules are quickly extracted and analyzed to obtain the recommended combination of drilling parameters for each stratum under high drilling rate,and at the same time,it provides the original data support for the accurate judgment of the identification of complex strata,so as to achieve the goal of high-efficiency and high-quality drilling.
