摘要
建筑业是国民经济发展支柱,其产业链长、碳排放总量大,有着巨大的减排潜力。零碳建筑研究的兴起,是实现“双碳”目标的必经之路。本文在调研国外发达国家与权威组织的基础上,对比分析了各国零碳建筑标准发展历程、共性及差异性,结合我国低/零碳建筑发展现状,提出部分建议,旨在推动我国建筑领域“双碳”目标。
The construction industry is a pillar sector of national economic development,with a long industrial chain and large total carbon emissions,and has huge potential for emission reduction.The rise of zero carbon building research is the only way to achieve the"dual carbon"goal.Based on the investigation of foreign developed countries and authoritative organizations,this paper compares and analyzes the development process,commonalities and differences of zero carbon building standards in various countries,and puts forward some suggestions based on the development status of low/zero carbon buildings in China.It aims to promote the"double carbon"goal in China s construction field.
