摘要
文章基于微时代背景与短视频发展现状,分析了微时代环境下短视频在育人方面的优势与作用,阐述了辅导员基于短视频开展学生管理工作的机遇,结合传统辅导员学生管理工作过程中的实际问题,以具体案例为切入点,总结了微时代环境下短视频在辅导员学生管理工作中的应用策略,旨在提升辅导员学生管理工作的信息化程度,实现学生管理工作的时代化发展,为当代高校学生管理提供参考与借鉴。
Based on the background of the micro era and the current development status of short videos,this article analyzes the advantages and roles of short videos in educating students in the micro era environment,elaborates on the opportunities for counselors to carry out student management work based on short videos,and combines practical problems in traditional counselor student management work.Taking specific cases as the entry point,it summarizes the application strategies of short videos in counselor student management work in the micro era environment,aiming to improve the informatization level of counselor student management work,achieve the modernization development of student management work,and provide reference and reference for contemporary university student management.
