摘要
为了应对高纬度和高海拔地区沥青路面冰雪灾害、改善道路设计指标、保障道路安全,对道路主动融雪材料进行研究。基于沥青混溶、导电复核材料及沥青加筋原理,在传统沥青中添加碳纤维和石墨粉末,使得沥青胶浆具备导电能力,以此来实现将电能转换为热能,进一步达到融冰、化雪的功能。对沥青胶浆的拌和工艺、碳纤维和石墨粉末的掺量进行深入探究,通过电阻率试验、弯曲流变试验,确定碳纤维最佳掺量为2%、石墨最佳掺量为5%,并进一步验证导电沥青低温和融雪性能,试验结果证明,导电沥青胶浆可以获得较好的导电发热性能,可以有效清除道路冰雪、提高道路行车安全。
In order to deal with ice and snow disasters on asphalt pavement in high latitude and high altitude areas,improve road design indicators,and ensure road safety,active snow melting materials for roads were studied.Based on the principle of asphalt miscibility,conductive review materials and asphalt reinforcement,carbon fiber and graphite powder are added to traditional asphalt,so that the asphalt mortar has the ability to conduct electricity,so as to realize the conversion of electrical energy into heat energy,and further achieve the effect of melting ice and snow.The paper conducts in-depth research on the mixing process of asphalt mortar and the dosage of carbon fiber and graphite powder.Through the resistivity test and bending rheological test,it is determined that the optimal dosage of carbon fiber is 2%,and the optimal dosage of graphite is 5%.The low-temperature and snow-melting performance of conductive asphalt is further verified.The test results prove that conductive asphalt mortar can obtain better conductive and heating performance,which can effectively remore road ice and snow and improve road safety.
