摘要
目的:探究蒙脱石散联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿症状改善时间、不良反应及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年3月福建省莆田市第一医院儿科就诊的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿76例作为研究对象,按照盲选分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组应用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组应用蒙脱石散联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗。比较2组患儿治疗后的临床症状改善时间、不良反应发生率及睡眠质量。结果:观察组患儿临床体温、大便、呕吐症状改善时间优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿便秘、皮疹、胃部不适等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患儿睡眠质量评分均低于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:蒙脱石散联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗轮状病毒性肠炎可快速改善呕吐、腹泻等临床症状,不良反应发生率低,促进患儿睡眠质量改善,利于休养调整,实现早日康复和正常发育。
Objective:This study explores the effects of Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifidobacterium Bifidum Tetravaccine Powder on symptom improvement duration,adverse reactions,and sleep quality in children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods:A total of 76 pediatric patients with rotavirus enteritis who visited the Department of Pediatrics at First Hospital of Putian,Fujian Province from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder,while the observation group received a combination of Montmorillonite Powder and Bifidobacterium Bifidum Tetravaccine Powder.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,incidence of adverse reactions,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group showed better improvement in clinical symptoms such as body temperature,stool consistency,and vomiting(P<0.05)compared to the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions such as constipation,rash,and stomach discomfort was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Both groups had lower sleep quality scores post-treatment compared to pre-treatment(P s<0.05),and the observation group had significantly better sleep quality scores than the control group post-treatment(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifidobacterium Bifidum Tetravaccine Powder can quickly improve clinical symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea in children with rotavirus enteritis,with a lower incidence of adverse reactions.It enhances sleep quality,facilitates rest and adjustment,and promotes early recovery and normal development.
