摘要 提出了一种基于水热原理的环保型厨余垃圾处理装置。该装置利用粉碎机将垃圾细化,随后通过封闭反应器中的水热转化,在特定温度和压力作用下将有机物质分解为氨基酸、单糖和小分子脂肪酸等易溶的小分子物质。此过程显著减少了垃圾体积和质量,且反应剩余的固体残留则可作肥料使用。该装置还配备了自动化控制系统,以优化反应条件,确保操作的简便性、安全性和可靠性。应用该装置有助于城市垃圾减量化、资源化和无害化,同时带来了显著的社会与环境效益。 This paper proposes an environmentally friendly kitchen waste treatment device based on the principle of water and heat.This device uses a crusher to refine garbage,and then through hydrothermal conversion in a closed reactor,organic matter is decomposed into soluble small molecule substances such as amino acids,monosaccharides,and small molecule fatty acids under specific temperature and pressure.This process significantly reduces the volume and mass of garbage,and the remaining solid residue can be used as fertilizer.The device is also equipped with an automated control system to optimize reaction conditions,ensuring simplicity,safety,and reliability of operation.The use of this device contributes to the reduction,resource utilization,and harmless treatment of urban waste,while also bringing significant social and environmental benefits.
