超声检测在建筑钢结构焊缝无损检测中的应用

摘要 超声波检测技术基于超声波在材料中传播的原理,通过发射超声波脉冲并接收反射回来的信号来检测焊缝中的缺陷,这些反射信号可以提供有关焊缝内部结构和缺陷的信息,例如裂纹、气孔、夹渣等。基于此,文章阐述了超声波检测的原理,从缺陷特征、缺陷波形、底波3个方面分析了焊缝缺陷的性质,结合工程具体案例对超声检测在建筑钢结构焊缝检测中的应用进行了分析和探讨。 Ultrasonic testing technology is based on the principle of ultrasonic propagation in materials.It detects defects in welds by emitting ultrasonic pulses and receiving reflected signals.These reflected signals can provide information about the internal structure and defects of welds,such as cracks,air holes,slag inclusions,etc.Based on this,this article first elaborates on the principle of ultrasonic testing,and then analyzes the properties of weld defects from three aspects:defect characteristics,defect waveform,and bottom wave.Finally,combined with specific engineering cases,the application of ultrasonic testing in the detection of welding seams in building steel structures is analyzed and discussed.
