摘要
B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病11A(BCL11A)是位于人类2号染色体短臂上的一个编码锌指蛋白转录因子的基因,主要调控胎儿型血红蛋白向成人血红蛋白转换的过程,在血液系统疾病的发生发展中起着关键作用,是B细胞恶性肿瘤的致癌因子。近年研究发现BCL11A在恶性实体肿瘤的发生发展,尤其是在侵袭和转移等恶性进程中也扮演着非常重要的角色,是恶性实体瘤中潜在的预后和治疗靶标之一,但其具体调控机制仍然不明。本文概述了BCL11A的生物学功能,总结了BCL11A在实体肿瘤的形成和维持、细胞增殖和抵抗凋亡、肿瘤侵袭和转移、肿瘤复发和耐药等过程中的作用研究进展。
The B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11A(BCL11A)is a gene encoding zinc finger protein transcription factor on human chromosome 2pl3.It mainly regulates the process of hemoglobin switching from fetal hemoglobin to adult hemoglobin,plays a key role in the regulation of occurrence and development on hematological diseases,and works as a carcinogen in B-cell malignancies:In recent years,researchers have found that BCLllA also plays a very important effects on malignant solid tumors,especially on the malignant process such as invasion and metastasis.It is one of the potential prognostic and therapeutic targets in malignant solid tumors,but the specific regulatory mechanism is still unclear.This review portrays the biological function of BCLllA and summarizes the progress of BCLllA's roles in the solid tumors,such as the formation and maintenance of tumor,the cell proliferation and resistance to apoptosis,the invasion and metastasis,the recurrence and the drug resistance.Further exploration for complete mechanism of BCLl1A in malignant solid tumors and application for clinical practice are still needed.
