摘要
目的 本研究旨在探究面瘫康复操联合心理护理对周围性面神经炎患者面部功能恢复的应用效果。方法 选取2022年5月至2023年5月本院收治的周围性面神经炎患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法划分对照组(40例,常规护理)与观察组(40例,面瘫康复操联合心理护理)。针对两组患者的面部肌肉运动功能(面部肌肉活动范围、力量与协调性)、面部表情的对称性与活动度、疼痛情况(VAS视觉模拟评分量表)以及生活质量(SF-36量表)进行对比。结果 护理后,观察组患者的VAS评分均低于对照组,面部肌肉活动范围、力量与协调性评分、面部表情的对称性与活动度评分以及SF-36评分高于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 面瘫康复操联合心理护理在周围性面神经炎患者面部功能恢复效果改善中具有显著的价值,能够有效促进患者面部功能恢复,提升患者生活质量。
Objective This study aims to explore the application effect of facial rehabilitation exercises combined with psychological care on the recovery of facial function in patients with peripheral facial neuritis.Methods 80 patients with peripheral facial neuritis admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Random number table method was used to divide control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(40 cases,rehabilitation operation combined with psychological nursing).Compare the facial muscle motor function(facial muscle range of motion,strength and coordination),facial expression symmetry and range of motion,pain status(VAS visual analogue scale),and quality of life(SF-36 scale)between two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the VAS scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group,and the facial muscle range of motion,strength and coordination scores,facial expression symmetry and activity scores,and SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group.The data differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of facial paralysis rehabilitation exercises and psychological care has significant value in improving the facial function recovery effect of patients with peripheral facial neuritis.It can effectively promote the recovery of facial function and improve the quality of life of patients.
