摘要
目的分析内分泌失调性不孕症治疗应用克罗米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素与人绝经促性腺激素的效果。方法选取85例内分泌失调性不孕症患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(45例)与对照组(40例)。对照组采用克罗米芬治疗,研究组采用克罗米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素与人绝经促性腺激素治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率97.78%高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。研究组排卵成功率、妊娠成功率均高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内分泌失调性不孕症应用克罗米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素与人绝经促性腺激素治疗效果确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin in the treatment of endocrine disorder infertility.Methods 85 patients with endocrine disorder infertility were selected and divided into study group(45 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the study group was treated with clomiphene combined with chorionic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.78% higher than that of the control group(85.00%)(P<0.05).The ovulation success rate and pregnancy success rate of the study group were higher than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness was thicker than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E_(2))in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin in the treatment of endocrine disorder infertility is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
