摘要
研究目的:探究数字普惠金融对于耕地利用效率的影响效应及机制,为数字普惠金融助力耕地利用效率提升提供参考。研究方法:超效率SBM模型,双向固定效应模型,中介效应模型。研究结果:(1)2011—2020年研究区耕地利用效率波动性提升且高值分布由点状演变为片状;(2)数字普惠金融指数和各维度指标对耕地利用效率均具有显著正向影响;(3)数字普惠金融对耕地利用效率的影响存在省份异质性、阶段异质性和规模异质性;(4)机制分析表明,数字普惠金融可以通过提高农民人均可支配收入和增加第一产业固定资产投资提升耕地利用效率。研究结论:应推动数字普惠金融向高质量发展转型,进一步激发信贷、投资和保险对耕地利用效率的正向作用,精准匹配金融服务需求,通过提高农民收入和增加第一产业固定资产投资改进耕地利用效率。
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact effect of digital financial inclusion on cultivated land use efficiency.The research methods of super-efficient SBM model,two-way fixed effects model and mediation effect model were used.The research results showed that cultivated land use efficiency increased in volatility.Both the digital financial inclusion index and the sub-index had a significant positive effect on use efficiency.This effect was heterogeneous by province,period and scale of cultivated land.The mechanism analyses indicated that digital financial inclusion can promoted the cultivated land use efficiency by increasing the disposable income of farmers and the fixed asset investment in the primary industry.In conclusion,this study proposed to promote high-quality development of digital financial inclusion to further motivate the positive effects of credit,investment and insurance on cultivated land use efficiency.Relevant agencies should accurately match the demand for financial services and improve cultivated land use efficiency by increasing farmers’incomes and fixed asset investment in the primary sector.
