摘要
利用超短半径多分支井可高效靶向挖潜中老油田局部富集剩余油和断块油田阁楼油,加大储层泄油面积,提高油田的采收率。柔性钻具是超短半径侧钻多分支井技术中的核心工具,在钻进过程中受力较为复杂,国内尚未形成完整的柔性钻具设计方法及相应的力学分析。基于工艺特点和现场需求,对柔性钻具进行了受力分析和总体结构设计,给出了整体管柱的设计方法,建立了力学模型进行有限元分析,对不同载荷条件下的钻具强度进行校核。在南海某井的现场应用结果表明,该柔性钻具造斜钻进顺利,作业后与治理前相比日产量提升三倍,含水率降低53%。可为适用于超短半径多分支井的柔性钻具的设计与研究提供参考。
The use of multi-branch ultrashort radius wells can efficiently target the enrichment of remaining and attic oil in old and medium-aged oil fields,increase the area of reservoir oil leakage,and improve the oil recovery rate of the oilfield.Flexible drilling tools are the core tool in the technology of ultrashort radius sidetracking multi-branch wells,and the forces during the drilling process are relatively complicated.There is no complete design method and corresponding mechanical analysis for flexible drilling tools in China.Based on the process characteristics and on-site requirements,mechanical analysis and overall structural design of the flexible drilling tool were conducted,and a design method for the overall pipe string was provided.A mechanical model was established for finite element analysis,and the strength of the drilling tool under different load conditions was checked.The on-site application result of the flexible drilling tool in a well in the South China Sea indicated that the drilling process is smooth,with a daily production increase of three times and a water content reduction of 53%compared to before treatment.This can provide a reference for the design and research of flexible drilling tools suitable for multi-branch ultrashort radius wells.
