摘要
针对页岩气开采过程中产生的大量水基岩屑,研究水基岩屑改良制备生态护坡基材的资源化利用方式。试验以水基岩屑替代部分天然土壤做植生基土,使用硫酸亚铁、秸秆纤维、保水剂为改良剂,并添加一定含量的基材辅料对生态基材进行改良,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验配置生态护坡基材,通过测试分析和种植试验,分别对不同处理组下的基材理化性质、基材初期强度、基材保水性能、植物生长状况进行观测与分析。结果表明,改良材料的加入能在中和水基岩屑碱性的同时增强基材的肥力和抗旱性能,提高基材强度,可保证较高的植物存活率和较好的植物长势。较优配比为:水基岩屑添加比例为50%、硫酸亚铁3 g/L、秸秆纤维3%、保水剂0.3%、粘结剂0.3%和有机肥5%。
In view of the large amount of water-based cuttings produced during shale gas exploitation,the resource utilization of water-based cuttings to prepare ecological slope protection substrates was studied.In the experiment,waterbased rock cuttings were used to replace part of natural soil as planting base soil,ferrous sulfate,straw fiber and water-retaining agent were used as amendments,and a certain amount of base materials were added to improve the ecological substrate.L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test was used to provide ecological slope protection substrate.The physical and chemical properties,initial strength,water retention and plant growth of the substrate under different treatment groups were observed and analyzed.The results show that the addition of improved materials can not only neutralize the alkalinity of water-based cuttings,but also enhance the fertility and drought resistance of the substrate,improve the strength of the substrate,and ensure higher plant survival rate and plant growth.The optimal ratio is 50% of water-based cuttings,ferrous sulfate 3 g/L,straw fiber 3%,water retaining agent 0.3%,binder 0.3% and organic fertilizer 5%.
