储存环境对钩藤等10种常用中药饮片含水量影响研究

摘要 目的:考察不同温度、湿度的储存环境对钩藤等10种常用中药饮片的影响。方法:采用烘干法测定10种中药饮片中的水分,考察常温、恒温恒湿、阴凉、冷藏环境对中药饮片含水量的影响,并观测中药饮片的外观性状。其中,每组均含10种中药饮片,每种中药饮片500 g。结果:不同储存环境对10种中药饮片的含水量均有一定影响,常温条件下储存的各饮片含水量变化较大;恒温恒湿条件下储存的各饮片含水量变化较小,趋于稳定。结论:储存环境对中药饮片水分含量影响具有重要的意义。 Objective:Study on the effects of storage environmental under different temperature and humidity conditions on 10 commonly used traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces inclusive of Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis.Method:The study used the drying method to determine the moisture content of 10 types of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,and investigated their effects on the moisture content of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces under normal temperature,constant temperature and humidity,cool and refrigerated environments.The appearance characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces were also observed.Among them,each group contains 10 types of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,with 500g of each type of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Result:Different storage environments have a certain impact on the water content of 10 traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,and the water content of each slice stored at room temperature varies significantly;The water content of each decoction piece stored under constant temperature and humidity conditions changes slightly and tends to stabilize.Conclusion:The impact of storage environmental factors on the water content of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is of great significance.
