机器人食管裂孔疝修补手术的优势、难点及对策 被引量:3

Advantages,difficulties and countermeasures of robotic repair of hiatal hernia

摘要 机器人手术是外科领域巨大的进步,基于其具有裸眼3D成像、7个自由度的仿真手腕系统、人体力学设计等方面的优势,有助于提高食管裂孔疝修补术中游离膈肌脚、关闭食管裂孔、放置补片以及缝合胃底折叠等手术操作的精准性及安全性。尽管在机器人食管裂孔疝修补手术中同样存在巨大裂孔疝手术操作难度大、医生培训周期长、治疗费用高等难点及不足,但相信未来通过加强规范训练、降低机器人使用成本等,机器人手术系统将在食管裂孔疝修补手术领域更加安全及广泛开展,发挥出越来越重要的应用价值。 Robotic surgery is a considerable advance in the field of surgery.Using the advantages of naked eye 3D imaging,7 degrees of freedom simulation wrist system,human mechanical design,and other robot hardware,we can improve the accuracy and safety of surgical operations such as the free diaphragm foot,the closure of esophageal hiatus,the placement of the patch,and the suture of gastric fundus folding during hiatal hernia repair.Although in the process of robotic hiatal hernia repair surgery,giant hiatal hernia surgery is also difficult to operate,with a long period of doctor training and growth,high treatment cost,difficulties,and deficiencies.However,it is believed that by strengthening standardized training and reducing the use cost of robots in the future,the robotic surgical system will be safer and more widely carried out in hiatal hernia repair surgery and play an increasingly important application value.
