基于深度神经网络的电力企业用户欠缴电费信息自动推送方法

摘要 为提高电力企业用户欠缴电费信息自动推送效果,提高用户满意率,文章研究了基于深度神经网络的电力企业用户欠缴电费信息自动推送方法。利用该方法,电力企业对用户用电信息进行远程抄表,依据系统中的缴费模块生成用户欠缴账单,并基于深度神经网络构建自动推送模型,实现欠缴电费信息自动推送。实验结果表明,文章研究方法送用户满意率高于95.3%。 In order to improve the automatic push effect of unpaid electricity bill information for power enterprise users and increase user satisfaction,this article studies a deep neural network-based automatic push method for unpaid electricity bill information for power enterprise users.Using this method,power companies can remotely read user electricity consumption information,generate user unpaid bills based on the payment module in the system,and construct an automatic push model based on deep neural networks to achieve automatic push of unpaid electricity consumption information.The experimental results show that the user satisfaction rate of the article’s research method is higher than 95.3%.
