摘要
目的:分析舒适护理在阑尾炎患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年3月于麻城市人民医院行手术治疗的82例阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,各41例。参照组实施常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施舒适护理。比较两组术后康复指标、生活质量、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、首次排便时间早于参照组,住院时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组生理功能、情感职能、活力、精神健康、总体健康、社会功能评分高于护理前,且试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。试验组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:舒适护理在阑尾炎患者围术期护理中的应用效果显著,可促进患者康复,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comfort nursing in perioperative nursing of appendicitis patients.Methods:A total of eighty-two patients with appendicitis who underwent surgical treatment in Macheng People's Hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group by random number table method,with forty-one cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received comfort nursing based on the control group.Postoperative rehabilitation indexes,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The first exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and first defecation time of experimental group were earlier than those of reference group,and the hospital stay of experimental group was shorter than that of reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);after nursing,the scores of physiological function,emotional function,vitality,mental health,general health and social function in two groups were higher than before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028);the complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing in perioperative nursing of appendicitis patients is remarkable,which can promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
