摘要
目的:分析青少年近视患者配戴角膜塑形镜引起角膜感染的影响因素。方法:选取2022年8月-2023年12月于东莞爱尔眼科医院配戴角膜塑形镜的青少年近视患者1 600例作为研究对象。收集患者资料,分析青少年近视患者配戴角膜塑形镜引起角膜感染影响因素。结果:1 600例青少年近视患者中,发生感染20例。根据配戴期间是否发生角膜感染分别纳入感染组(n=20)和未感染组(n=1 580)。感染组住校、父母文化程度中等、配戴卫生情况差、护理液更换时间>2 d、手指甲修剪时间>1周、洗手不规范、未定期复查占比高于未感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住校、父母文化程度中等、配戴卫生情况差、护理液更换时间>2 d、手指甲修剪时间>1周、洗手不规范、未定期复查是青少年近视患者配戴角膜塑形镜引起角膜感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:青少年近视患者配戴角膜塑形镜存在一定感染风险,临床需根据危险因素采取针对性的应对措施。
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of corneal infection caused by wearing orthokeratology lens in Teenager myopia patients.Methods:A total of one thousand and six hundred adolescent myopic patients wearing orthokeratology lenses in Dongguan Aier Eye Hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patient data were collected and the influencing factors of corneal infection caused by wearing orthokeratology lens in Teenager myopic patients were analyzed.Results:Among 1600 adolescents with myopia,20 were infected;the infected group(n=20)and the uninfected group(n=1580)were included according to whether corneal infection occurred during wearing;the infected group had a higher proportion of residents,parents with moderate educational level,poor wearing hygiene,nursing solution replacement time>2 d,fingernail trimming time>1 week,irregular hand washing,and irregular follow-up examinations compared to the uninfected group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);residing on campus,having moderate educational level from parents,poor wearing hygiene,nursing solution replacement time>2 d,fingernail trimming time>1 week,improper hand washing,and irregular follow-up were independent risk factors for corneal infection in adolescent myopia patients wearing orthokeratology lens(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain risk of infection caused by wearing orthokeratology lens in Teenager myopic patients,and clinical countermeasures should be taken according to the risk factors.
