基于改进哈里斯鹰算法的系统能效优化 被引量:2

System energy efficiency optimization based on improved Harris Hawk algorithm

摘要 为有效提升多小区多用户通信系统能效,针对哈里斯鹰优化算法易陷入局部最优导致无法得到最优系统能效这一问题,提出一种改进的哈里斯鹰能效优化算法.首先,建立考虑小区间干扰因素的多小区多用户通信系统模型,得出该系统的能量效率方程;在运用哈里斯鹰算法求解系统能效过程中,将Sobol混沌初始化与莱维飞行变异策略结合到算法中以对原始算法进行改进.仿真结果表明:相较于原始算法,本文算法改善了原算法陷入局部最优问题,并将系统能效提高了15.1%. In order to effectively improve the energy efficiency of multi-cell multi-user communication system,an improved Harris Hawk energy efficiency optimization algorithm was proposed to solve the problem that Harris Hawk optimization algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum and cannot obtain the optimal system energy efficiency.Firstly,a multi-cell multi-user communication system model considering inter-cell interference was established,and the energy efficiency equation of the system was obtained.In the process of using Harris Hawk algorithm to solve the system energy efficiency,the Sobol chaotic initialization and Levy flight mutation strategy were combined with the algorithm to improve the original algorithm.The simulation results show that in contrast with the original algorithm,the proposed algorithm improves the problem of the algorithm falling into local optima and increases system energy efficiency by 15.1%.
