摘要
延安时期,以吴玉章、徐特立、成仿吾、江隆基等为主要代表的老一辈无产阶级教育家在攻坚克难中立足为无产阶级政治服务的教育本质,探索因材施教、启迪心智的教学方法,践行理论与实践相结合的教学理念,推动教育目标与教学效能的深度统一,在立志、立行、立德的以身示教中彰显出教育者应有的师者风范,孕育形成了内涵丰富的红色教育家精神。作为中国特有教育家精神的“延安形态”,其集中体现为深沉的教育情怀、坚定的教育信仰、进取的教育思想和敦厚的教育情操,是对无产阶级教育家优秀精神特质的高度凝练。深刻阐释延安时期红色教育家精神的科学内涵,总结其蕴含的当代价值,对新时代大力弘扬教育家精神,助力教育强国建设具有重要的价值意义。
During the Yan'an Period,the older generation of proletarian educators,mainly represented by Wu Yuzhang,Xu Teli,Cheng Fangwu and Jiang Longji,founded their teaching on the principle that education should serve the proletarian politics.They explored methods of teaching according to students'aptitude and inspiring their minds,practiced the teaching concept of combining theory and practice,and promoted the deep unity of educational goals and teaching effectiveness.Through their determination,actions,and moral instruction,they exemplified an ideal teaching style and fostered the spirit of red educators,characterized by profound meaning.As the“Yan'an form”of China's unique educator spirit,it is embodied in deep educational feelings,firm educational belief,progressive educational thought and generous educational sentiment,which is highly condensed to the excellent spiritual characteristics of proletarian educators.It is of great value to deeply explain the scientific connotation of the spirit of red educators in the Yan'an period and sum up its contemporary value,so as to vigorously promote the spirit of educators in the new era and help the construction of a powerful education country.
