摘要
目的 分析高效移除乳汁管理在母婴分离产妇乳胀中的应用。方法 选取2021年7月—2023年5月广西壮族自治区人民医院收治的91例分娩且母婴分离的产妇作为研究对象进行研究。根据护理方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,分别为45、46例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合高效移除乳汁管理。比较2组相关指标。结果 观察组乳房肿胀发生率、皮肤损伤发生率低于对照组,肿胀消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后1、2、3 d泌乳量高于对照组,观察组产后1、2、3 d疼痛评分、血清催乳素(prolactin,PRL)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理期间挤奶频率为(8.51±0.66)次,高于对照组的(7.33±0.51)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.65%(44/46),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高效移除乳汁管理可减轻母婴分离产妇的乳房肿胀及疼痛程度,缩短其肿胀消失时间,调节PRL水平,提高挤奶频率及护理满意度,更有助于产妇产后各项功能的恢复。
Objective To analyze the application of efficient milk removal management in maternal breast swelling after separation of mother and child.Methods A total of 91 pregnant women who gave birth and separated their mothers from their mothers were selected from the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from July 2021 to May 2023 as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 and 46 cases respectively.The control group received routine care,and the observation group was combined with efficient milk removal management on this basis.The two groups of relevant indicators were compared.Results The incidence of breast swelling and skin injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the time for the swelling to disappear was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Lactation volume 1,2 and 3 days postpartum in observation group was higher than that in control group,pain score and serum prolactin(PRL)level in observation group 1,2 and 3 days postpartum were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The milking frequency in the observation group was(8.51±0.66)times,which was higher than that in the control group(7.33±0.51)times,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.65%(44/46),higher than that in the control group 80.00%(36/45),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Efficient milk removal management can reduce breast swelling and pain,shorten the time for the removal of swelling,adjust PRL level,improve milking frequency and nursing satisfaction,and contribute to the recovery of postpartum functions.
