摘要
衍循环流化床气化技术作为煤炭资源转化中重要的煤气化技术,因优越的环保性、气化适应性以及良好的运行能力被广泛应用。本文通过对典型循环流化床KSY气化技术中影响气化的煤种性质、粉煤粒径,流化效果、给煤方式、床层温度、床层分布等因素分析,提出最佳气化控制思路。
Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)gasification technology,as an important coal gasification technology in the conversion of coal resources,has been widely used because of its superior environmental protection,gasification adaptability,and good operational capability.This paper proposes the optimal gasification control ideas by analyzing the factors affecting gasification in typical circulating fluidized bed KSY gasification technology,such as the nature of coal,pulverized coal particle size,fluidization effect,coal feeding method,bed temperature,bed distribution,and so on.
