摘要
目的探讨周围性眩晕患者焦虑抑郁发生情况及与临床症状的相关性。方法纳入2021年8月~2022年12月我院80例周围性眩晕患者,采用汉密尔顿焦虑、抑郁量表[(HAMA)、(HAMD)]评估患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,并根据评估结果进行分组,即焦虑抑郁组以及对照组。比较两组患者眩晕障碍评定量表(DHI)、前庭症状指数(VSI),分析焦虑抑郁组HAMA、HAMD评分与DHI、VSI评分的相关性。结果80例周围性眩晕患者检出焦虑抑郁32例;焦虑抑郁组DHI量表躯体(P)、情绪(E)、功能(F)评分以及总分均显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);焦虑抑郁组VSI指数中眩晕、平衡、视觉敏感、头痛、头晕、恶心评分以及总分均显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);焦虑抑郁组HAMA、HAMD评分与DHI、VSI评分均呈正相关。结论周围性眩晕患者焦虑抑郁发生率较高,且与眩晕障碍程度以及眩晕、恶心等症状严重程度存在一定关联。
Objective To explore the occurrence of anxiety and depression in patients with peripheral vertigo and its correlation with clinical symptoms.MethodssEighty patients with peripheral vertigo in our hospital from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Hamilton Anxiety and Depression Scale[(HAMA),(HAMD)] was used to assess the anxiety and depression of patients.They were divided into anxiety and depression group and control group according to the evaluation results.The vertigo rating scale(DHI)and vestibular symptom index(VSI)between the two groups were compared.The correlation between HAMA,HAMD scores and DHI,VSI scores in anxiety and depression group were analyzed.Results Thirty-two cases of anxiety and depression were detected in 80 patients with peripheral vertigo.The scores of body(P),emotion(E),function(F)and total score of DHI in anxiety and depression group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of vertigo,balance,visual sensitivity,headache,dizziness,nausea and total score in the anxiety and depression group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD in anxiety and depression group were positively correlated with the scores of DHI and VSI.Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with peripheral vertigo is high,and there is a certain correlation with the degree of vertigo disorder and the severity of vertigo,nausea and other symptoms.
