摘要
对病案管理进行精细化流程管理不仅能大幅度提升医院病案室对病案的管理水平,还能有效提升病案管理人员的专业能力,同时也能降低医疗纠纷事件的发生率。对此,文章主要阐述医院病案管理实现精细化管理的意义、在医疗纠纷中的控制作用,以及相应的改进措施。
