摘要
正确的姿势控制是个体顺利完成日常各项运动的基础,是身体运动、感觉、认知功能系统相互作用的表现。衰老会导致人体生理机能减退以及罹患慢性疾病患病概率增加,这些都会使老年人出现姿势控制障碍。本文就动态神经肌肉稳定(Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization,DNS)技术的基础理论以及本技术对老年人姿势控制影响的研究结果进行综述,为治疗人员改善老年人姿势控制能力提供新的思路和指导。DNS技术是一种针对性强化人体神经肌肉控制能力的干预方法。相较于传统疗法,DNS技术强调了神经系统与肌肉骨骼系统的同时训练,非常适合用于提升老年群体的姿势控制能力,但是目前该技术在我国推广度较低,未得到广泛的应用。
Correct posture control is the foundation for individuals to successfully complete various daily movements,and it is a manifestation of the interaction between body movement,sensation,and cognitive functional systems.Aging can lead to decreased physiological function in the human body and an increased probability of developing chronic diseases,which can lead to posture con⁃trol disorders in elderly people.This article reviews the basic theory of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization(DNS)technology and the research results on its impact on posture control in the elderly,providing new ideas and guidance for therapists to improve elderly posture control ability.DNS technology is a targeted intervention method to enhance the human neuromuscular control abili⁃ty.Compared to traditional therapies,DNS technology emphasizes the simultaneous training of the nervous system and musculoskeletal system,which is very suitable for improving the posture control ability of the elderly population.However,the current promotion of this technology in China is relatively low and has not been widely applied.
