摘要
习近平文化思想是党的十八大以来习近平在新时代文化建设方面的新思想新观点新论断所构成的科学理论体系。溯及其生成过程,以党的十八大、建党95周年、党的二十大、2023年全国宣传思想文化工作会议为时间节点,历经筑基、生发、充盈、形成等四个阶段。习近平文化思想明体达用、体用贯通,具有十分重要的时代价值:在理论价值维度,习近平文化思想构成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想文化篇,丰富和发展了马克思主义文化理论,夯实了中国式现代化的文化根基;在实践价值维度,习近平文化思想推动了中华民族走向精神上的独立自主,明确了建设中国特色社会主义文化的行动指南,提供了构建人类文明新形态的文化动力。
Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a scientific theoretical system composed of new ideas,new viewpoints,and new judgments on cultural construction in the new era since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Tracing back its generation process,it has gone through the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the 2023 National Conference on the Work of Public Communication and Culture,and can be summarized into four stages of foundation building,development,enrichment,and formation.Xi Jinping thought on culture,with a great coordination between theories and applications,has great value of the times.In the dimension of theoretical value,as the cultural chapter of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,it enriches and develops Marxist theory on culture and build the cultural foundation for Chinese path to modernization.In the dimension of practical value,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture has promoted the Chinese nation to spiritual independence,defined the guidelines for the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and provided cultural impetus for the construction of a new form of human civilization.
