摘要
目的探究托伐普坦治疗老年心衰合并高血压及低钠血症的临床疗效。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月在本院就诊的50例老年心衰合并高血压及低钠血症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规治疗并给予呋塞米片,观察组进行托伐普坦治疗。统计两组患者的心功能、血压、尿量以及生活质量。结果干预前,两组各项心功能指标、血压、血清钠水平、尿量指标无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组各项心功能指标、血压、尿量指标、生活质量均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年心衰合并高血压及低钠血症患者,实施托伐普坦治疗可显著改善患者心功能、血压、生活质量等相关临床指标,效果较好。
Objective To explore clinical effect of tovastatin in treatment of elderly heart failure with hypertension and hyponatremia.Methods The paper chose 50 elderly patients with heart failure,hypertension,and hyponatremia in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with routine treatment and furosemide tablets,while observation group with to facilitan.Cardiac function,blood pressure,urine output,and life quality was compared between two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in various cardiac function indicators,blood pressure,serum sodium levels,and urine output indicators between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,observation group had better cardiac function indicators,blood pressure,urine volume indicators,and life quality than control group(P<0.05).ConclusionTofacilitan treatment can significantly improve clinical indicators including heart function,blood pressure,and life quality of elderly patients with heart failure combined with hypertension and hyponatremia,with good effect.
