摘要
目的探讨磁共振(magnetic resonance,MRI)传统参数与表观扩散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)图影像组学对乳腺癌的预后判断价值。方法选取2020年3月—2023年3月本院收治的100例乳腺癌化疗患者进行回顾性分析,所有患者均在化疗前及化疗6个周期之后进行常规MRI检查和ADC图影像组学分析,分析MRI传统参数与ADC图影像组学对乳腺癌的预后判断效能。结果100例患者化疗前后MRI诊断内部强化、最大径、腋窝淋巴结受侵情况对比差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);ADC图像组学对乳腺癌预后判断灵敏度和特异度高于传统MRI,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者化疗前后提取的ADC图像与常规MRI图像特征相比,影像组学新辅助化疗疗效预测灵敏度与特异度更高。
Objective To explore prognostic value of traditional parameters and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)of magnetic resonance(MRI)imaging for breast cancer.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with breast cancer treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 for retrospective analysis,and carried out routine MRI examination and ADC image analysis before and after 6 cycles of chemotherapy,analyzed effect of traditional MRI parameters and ADC imaging in predicting prognosis for breast cancer.Results There was significant difference in MRI diagnosis of internal enhancement,maximum diameter,and axillary lymph node invasion of 100 patients before and after chemotherapy(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of ADC imaging histology in predicting prognosis of breast cancer was higher than traditional MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion ADC images extracted before and after chemotherapy of breast cancer patients have higher sensitivity and specificity in predicting effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with imageomics than routine MRI image features.
