摘要
信息时代的大学课堂教学创新需要建立的是一种以塑造学生的“个性”和“创造性”为目标的课堂。文中首先提出课堂教学创新的着眼点在于建构具有课程自身特质的“个性化”课堂教学模式的观点,并从师生作用逻辑、课堂知识呈现逻辑和教学效果评价逻辑三个方面揭示课堂教学创新的逻辑,分析“个性化”课堂教学模式的建构内容和过程,最后以面向物流管理专业的《运筹学》课程为例,阐述“个性化”课堂教学模式建构的实践过程。
The innovation of college classroom teaching in the information age needs to establish a classroom with the goal of shaping students“personality”and“creativity”.This paper first puts forward the view that the focus of classroom teaching innovation is to construct a“personalized”classroom teaching mode with the characteristics of the curriculum itself,then reveals the logic of classroom teaching innovation from three aspects:the logic of roles of teachers and students,the logic of knowledge presentation in classroom and the logic of teaching effect evaluation,analyzes the construction content and process of“personalized”classroom teaching mode,and finally,taking the course of Operations Research of logistics management major as an example,expounds the practical process of constructing“personalized”classroom teaching mode.
