基于聚多巴胺纳米球/十六烷基三甲基溴化铵复合材料的亚硝酸盐电化学传感器研究

摘要 以盐酸多巴胺为单体,在三羟甲基氨基甲烷溶液中聚合,合成了聚多巴胺纳米球(PDANSs)。采用扫描电镜和透射电镜对PDANSs进行了形貌表征,PDANSs直径为200~300nm。将制备的PDANSs在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)溶液中超声,通过静电作用得到复合物(PDANSs/CTAB),并将复合物分散液滴涂在电极表面得到PDANSs/CTAB修饰电极。将PDANSs/CTAB修饰电极用于溶液中亚硝酸盐的富集,对电极上富集的亚硝酸盐含量用差分脉冲伏安法进行了测定,构建了亚硝酸盐电化学传感器。该传感器检测亚硝酸钠的线性范围为0.2~2000μmol/L,检出限为0.08μmol/L,且具有较好的重现性和稳定性。将该传感器用于腌制肉样品中亚硝酸盐的检测,回收率范围为98.1%~104.0%,说明此方法准确度很好,该传感器能用于腌制肉样品中亚硝酸盐的分析。 Polydopamine nanospheres(PDANSs)were synthesized by polymerization of dopamine hydrochloride as a monomer in tris(hydroxymethyl)aminometha solution.The morphology of PDANSs was characterized using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopies,revealing a diameter of 200~300nm.The prepared PDANSs were sonicated in a hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)solution,and PDANSs/CTAB composite was obtained through the electrostatic interaction.The prepared composite dispersant was drop-coated on the electrode surface to obtain a PDANSs/CTAB-modified electrode.The PDANSs/CTAB-modified electrode was used to enrich nitrite in solution,and the content of nitrite enriched on the electrode was determined by differential pulse voltammetry,and a nitrite electrochemical sensor was constructed.The linear range of the prepared sensor for detecting sodium nitrite was 0.2~2000μmol/L,and detection limit was 0.08μmol/L,with good reproducibility and stability.The sensor was used for the detection of nitrite in pickled meat samples,with a recovery range of 98.1%to 104.0%,indicating that the accuracy of this method was very good,and the sensor could be used for nitrite analysis in pickled meat samples.
