石墨烯及其复合涂层防腐研究进展

摘要 石墨烯具有独特的二维片状结构,呈现出出色的化学惰性和抗渗透性。石墨烯薄膜及石墨烯有机聚合物均能表现出优异的防腐蚀能力,可作为一种海洋金属装备的新型防腐材料。综述了石墨烯薄膜和石墨烯/聚合物防腐机理,重点阐述了石墨烯薄膜及石墨烯/聚合物的制备方法和在金属表面防腐涂料中应用的研究进展,并对石墨烯在防腐涂料中的应用前景进行了展望。 Graphene has a unique two-dimensional sheet structure and exhibits excellent chemical inertness and impermeability.Both graphene films and graphene organic polymers demonstrate outstanding corrosion resistance and can be used as new anti-corrosion materials for marine metal equipment.In this paper,the anti-corrosion mechanisms of graphene films and graphene/polymers were reviewed.Specifically,the research progress of the preparation methods and applications of graphene films and graphene/polymers in anti-corrosion coatings for metal surfaces were highlighted.Finally,the prospects for the future application of graphene in anti-corrosion coatings were presented.
