摘要
为了适应冶金产业绿色低碳、智能转型发展,安徽工业大学冶金工程专业以“大工程观”人才培养理念为指导,以强化现代工程能力为主线,以突出课程体系综合化、师资队伍工程化、实践平台多元化建设为抓手,以加强教学与科研相结合、学校与企业相结合、工程专业认证与新工科建设实施相结合为路径,开展了人才培养模式探索与实践,有效培养了学生现代工程能力。
To adapt to the green,low-carbon,and intelligent transformation of the metallurgical industry,the Metallurgical Engineering program at Anhui University of Technology has adopted a“Holistic Engineering Perspective”in talent cultivation,guided by which it emphasizes the reinforcement of contemporary engineering capabilities as its main thread.By focusing on the integrated curriculum system,the engineering-oriented faculty,and the diversified practical platforms,the program has undertaken exploration and practice in talent cultivation models.This is achieved through intensifying the integration of teaching and research,the combination of school and enterprise cooperation,and the implementation of both engineering program accreditation and New Engineering initiatives.These efforts have effectively nurtured modern engineering abilities among students.
