摘要 随着中国餐饮业的发展以及洋快餐食品的流行,商家开始购买越来越多的商用油炸炉产品。本文依据现行国家标准,对商用油炸炉产品电气安全问题进行归纳总结。帮助企业在设计研发阶段规避此类产品的常见不合格项目,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,从而推动商用油炸炉产品的高质量发展。 With the development of Chinese catering and the popularity of western fast food,businesses are starting to purchase more and more commercial fryer products.This article summarizes the electrical safety issues of commercial oil fryer products based on current national standards.Assist enterprises in avoiding common non-conforming projects of such products during the design and development stage,improve production efficiency,reduce production costs,and promote the high-quality development of commercial fryer products.
