港口航道工程中钻孔灌注桩施工技术应用研究——以某港口航道工程为例

摘要 由于港口航道工程施工现场特殊的地质、水文条件,其对地基承载力要求较高,因此此类项目的钻孔灌注桩施工技术难度较高。结合某港口航道工程实践,对钻孔灌注桩施工技术应用展开了研究,优化了钻孔灌注桩施工方案。项目采取正循环泥浆护壁进行钻进,同时加深主桩孔深,严格控制泥浆质量,有效解决了钻孔灌注桩水下作业的钻孔和清孔难题。工程实践表明,在软弱地基进行港口航道工程施工时,钻孔灌注桩工艺可以有效提升工程场地整体承载力,保证桩基项目施工质量。 Due to the special geological and hydrological conditions at the construction site of port and waterway engineering,there is a high requirement for the bearing capacity of the foundation.At the same time,such projects also increase the technical difficulty of drilling and grouting pile construction.Based on the practice of a certain port waterway engineering,research was conducted on the application of drilling and grouting pile construction technology,and the construction plan of drilling and grouting piles was optimized.The project adopted a positive circulation mud wall protection for drilling,while deepening the depth of the main pile hole and strictly controlling the mud quality,effectively solving the drilling and cleaning problems of underwater operations of drilling and grouting piles.Engineering practice has shown that the drilling and grouting pile technology can effectively improve the overall bearing capacity of the engineering site and ensure the construction quality of pile foundation projects during the construction of port and waterway engineering on weak foundations.
