摘要
目的:了解漆大姑的药用历史及现代研究概况,为其进一步研究和开发提供参考。方法:通过分析漆大姑相关文献及古籍,综述漆大姑的药用历史,重点对其化学成分、药理活性及临床应用等进行详述。结果:漆大姑始载于民国胡真所著的《山草药指南》,近代及现代书籍多有记载。目前已报道的化学成分主要有酚类、脂肪酸类、鞣质类、五环三萜类、多糖类、没食子酸类等,具有抗炎、镇痛、抗过敏、止痒、免疫抑制、抗皮肤迟发型超敏反应、抗小鼠慢性皮炎-湿疹等药理作用,其三萜成分有抗肿瘤作用,毛果算盘子多糖有抗氧化、降血糖和神经细胞保护等方面的活性,在民间漆大姑主要用于皮炎、湿疹及皮肤瘙痒等多种皮肤病的治疗。结论:目前漆大姑在各个方面的研究都取得了一定进展,尤其是用于治疗各类皮肤病的临床疗效确切且药理作用研究较充分,如能在现有基础上进一步深入研究,有望将漆大姑开发成一种治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的外用新药。
Objective To learn the medicinal history and modern researches of Eriocarpous glochidion Champ.ex Benth and provide references for its further research and development.Methods Analyzing the relevant literature and ancient books on Eriocarpous glochidion Champ.ex Benth and reviewing the medicinal history of Eriocarpous glochidion Champ.ex Benth with focus on its chemical components,pharmacological activities,and clinical application.Results Eriocarpous glochidion Champ.ex Benth is firstly recorded in the Guide of Mountain Herbs Medicine written by Hu Zhen during the Republic of China,and is recorded in many modern books.At present,the reported chemical components of it mainly include phenols,fatty acids,tannins,pentacyclic triterpenes,polysaccharides,gallic acids,etc.The water extract of it has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-allergic,antipruritic,and immunosuppressive effect,as well as anti-dermal delayed hypersensitivity,and anti-chronic dermatitis eczema in mice.The triterpenoid component has anti-tumor effect,and the polysaccharide from Eriocarpous glochidion Champ.ex Benth has antioxidant,hypoglycemic,and neuroprotective activities.In the folk,Eriocarpous glochidion Champ.ex Benth is mainly used for the treatment of various skin diseases such as dermatitis,eczema,and skin itching.Conclusion At present,certain progress has been made in the research of Eriocarpous glochidion Champ.ex Benth in various aspects,especially that its clinical efficacy in treating various skin diseases is exact and its pharmacological effects are fully studied.If further in-depth research can be conducted on the basis of the existing studies,it is expected that Eriocarpous glochidion Champ.ex Benth will be developed into a new drug for external use to treat dermatitis and eczema.
