微信手机App平台反馈式健康宣教联合个体化饮食护理对肾移植患者ESCA评分及自我效能感的影响

摘要 目的:探究微信手机App平台反馈式健康宣教联合个体化饮食护理在肾移植患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年10月就诊于郑州市第七人民医院的80例肾移植患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者施以常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上施以微信手机App平台反馈式健康宣教与个体化饮食护理。对比两组患者营养健康指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、血清白蛋白(ALB)]、成人快速健康素养评估量表(REALM-T)、自我护理能力测定表(ESCA)、自我效能感量表(GSES)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、肾移植患者生活质量相关评定量表(QOL-RT)评分。结果:干预后,观察组患者Hb、ALB、TSF高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=4.959、4.151、3.831,P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者REALM-T、ESCA、GSES均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=4.677、5.767、6.942,P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者SAS较对照组患者低,QOL-RT较对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.690、5.370,P<0.05)。结论:微信手机App平台反馈式健康宣教联合个体化饮食护理应用于肾移植术后患者中,一方面可提高患者健康知识掌握度,缓解不良情绪,增强自我效能;另一方面可增强患者自护能力,提高营养健康水平,改善生活质量。 Objective: To explore the application effect of WeChat mobile phone App platform feedback health education combined with individualized diet nursing in kidney transplant patients. Methods: 80 patients with kidney transplantation who visited the hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the time of admission. The control group were given routine nursing intervention.The research group were given feedback health education and personalized diet nursing on WeChat mobile Appplatform based on the control group. The scores of nutritional health indicators [hemoglobin(Hb), triceps skinfold thickness(TSF), serum albumin(ALB)], adult rapid health literacy assessment scale(REALM-T), self-care ability scale(ESCA), self-efficacy scale(GSES), self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), and quality of life related assessment scale(QOL-RT) of kidney transplant patients were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, TSF, ALB and Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=4.959, 4.151, 3.831;P<0.05). After intervention,GSES,ESCA and REALM-T in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=4.677, 5.767, 6.942;P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the QOL-RT was higher and SAS was lower in the observation group(t=3.690, 5.370;P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of WeChat mobile phone App platform feedback health education combined with individualized diet nursing in patients after kidney transplantation can improve the patient's knowledge of health,alleviate bad emotions, enhance self-efficacy, improve the patient's self-care ability, the level of nutrition and health and the quality of life.
